Rumiko: gorgeous filly with stellar performance pedigree!

This filly is so much fun! She has just the right amount of spice to make her shine, but to work with she is so easy and intelligent. She has the potential to be a quality dressage horse or hunter for a competitive amateur.

She inherited her sires stunning good looks, long legs, and shoulder freedom, and her mom's strong hindquarters and powerful canter. Both parents are supple and elastic movers so she comes by that quality honestly. To date her preferred gait has been full out gallop, but when she does show us her trot it is very impressive with ample suspension and balance. All of her gaits look like they will be very comfortable to ride.

She has her dam's playfulness, boldness, and keen brain, but with a sensibility I attribute to her sire. She is the most confident and independent foal we have had to date and thinks everyone she meets is a new friend. So far, she has been very chill and willing about every new thing we have asked of her, and she is a quick study.

Her impressive pedigree includes great sires such as De Niro, Donnerhall, Hohenstein, and Rubinstein just to name a few. Her sire, Blue Hors Rockefeller, has 5 full brothers who competed at FEI (3 Grand Prix and 2 PSG/Inter I). Rockefeller himself was injured before his sport career but has gone on to sire several FEI level dressage horses. Her damsire, Donarweiss GGF, competed at the Grand Pre well into his late teens with his young rider, Genay Vaughn (they were the highest-ranking American combination in their division in multiple European Nation Cups).
