Orion stands at a slender 17H with a modern and elegant build. This handsome boy was kept a stallion until just a few short months ago. High hopes for him due to his incredible bloodlines kept him a stallion prospect, but ultimately the decision was made to geld him and prepare him for his next adventure. Life as a gelding is much simpler! Orion is quite uncomplicated under saddle (with the occasional rubber neck to check things out :), showing great talent for collection and has an innate ability to “sit” as with most Totilas offspring. He is steady in the contact and coming right along in his training. He has shown training level with scores to nearly 80% and traveled well. He is solid in his lateral work, beginning work on half passes and even schooling clean flying changes! He is not spooky or looky and would absolutely be suited for a capable AA or Jr in a quality program. He is easy to handle in the barn and an easy keeper as well. Orion is barefoot behind and has zero health complications. X-rays on file from Sept 2023.
