“Hot Topik” - AA Friendly Prospect

“Hot Topik” is a 13 year old, 15.3h, Dutch warmblood mare. Better known as Rhianna in the barn, is as sweet, kind, easy going and as non-Mareish as they come. Rhianna is a bit of a jack of all trades. She has been a brood mare, gone cross country schooling, schooled 1st level dressage, local shows, and has been ridden by kids and adult amateurs. Owned by the same family since she was a yearling and only being sold as they need to downsize. Great to clip, stands for the farrier, front shoes and on no supplements nor maintenance. She would make a great partner for a gritty kid or adult amateur who enjoys something that has its own motor. Goes in a snaffle all around and is very soft in the mouth. Could easily continue as a straight dressage horse as her gaits are uphill, and very comfortable to sit. Would also be a fun project for someone to continue developing as an event horse or jumper. Has a lead change but needs a little more schooling to be auto.
