16.2 Hands of Dressage Perfection

Penny has been competing consistently at first level, winning basically every class she enters. She's shown in Oklahoma, Texas, and Aiken and won against some very impressive competition. Her first time out at 1-3 she scored 72%. This horse is incredible, the collection p & p comes so easy to her. Hind leg is quick! She feels like a floating cloud, performs like a champion. What a horse!

Pitch Perfect WRF (Sir Sinclair x Jazz) combines the most affluent and successful dressage lines into one compact, well balanced, and versatile package. Penny stands at a stout 16.3, with excellent muscular development over her topline. She has three excellent gaits and is so comfortable. She has the sensitivity and athleticism from Jazz and all the pleasant rideability and trust from Sir Sinclair. What a combination!

She was purchased from her breeder at the age of two and has been carefully developed. As a three year old she was started under saddle, ridden through the summer, mostly short w/t/c sessions and lots of easy trail rides.  She had the winter of her three-year-old year off and was put back to work in the late spring of her four-year-old year. Last year she did a few schooling shows and a few rated shows. She has the most excellent brain and is just a ton of fun no matter what you are doing together.

Penny is a sensitive forward horse, but very kind and never naughty. She would be great for an amateur in a program as long as the rider is not timid. She is very simple to ride and easy to put together - she's balanced and naturally goes in a lovely frame. That being said, she is excellent at taking pressure, you can ride her light in the bridle or take a lot of contact, really put your legs on and ride. She is not offended; she really goes to work. Or you can hack around on the buckle and go for a trail ride.

She lives in a pasture with my other mare, is extremely low maintenance and low stress. She also does just fine in a stall or at a show - she really is quiet as a mouse and so well behaved. I have only the best of things to say about miss Penny! We call her Perfect Penny P for a reason - because she really is so perfect!

She is brave and has excellent scope over fences too. A very versatile horse, you can go win on her in dressage, eventing, hunters and have a blast doing it.
